Hyperbaric Associates of New York was founded in 2009 as a management company with the goal to educate individuals and professionals on the unique functions of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), and make this therapy more attainable for those who can benefit from this innovative technology.

Our Mission: to assist adults and children with various conditions in overcoming challenges to their health by presenting them with an innovative, safe and effective therapy that is administered in state-of-the-art establishments, under the guidance and ownership of highly skilled and trained medical professionals.

Along with our flagship location in Great Neck, NY, Hyperbaric Associates is actively expanding our affiliated out-patient centers throughout the United States, and ultimately around the world. Our facilities ensure that specialist physicians can prescribe HBOT as an adjunct to their everyday response to disease and trauma, having full confidence that their directives will be fulfilled to the highest standards of any hospital or medical establishment.

The Science of HBOT

New applications in investigative techniques, such as Spect Scans, MRI with MRA, Transcutaneous Oximetry, Neurotransmitter Laboratory Evaluations, etc. have been able to document the changes produced by HBOT, and have the potential to move "theoretical" propositions into the realm of fact. Hyperbaric Associates is committed to advancing this scientific body of knowledge and evidence that supports the use of HBOT for conditions currently considered "investigational" or "off-label" in nature (i.e. non-FDA approved).

Outside the United States, research utilizing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy as a treatment for a variety of conditions strongly supports its efficacy and effectiveness. HBOT is consistently used in many other countries as a main course of therapy prescribed to patients with various non-FDA approved conditions by United States standards, before any other procedure is recommended.
